摘要
目的 探讨瘀血痹颗粒联合中医电针疗法治疗瘀血型腰痛的临床效果。方法 选取2022年11月至2023年11月福建医科大学附属南平第一医院收治的68例瘀血型腰痛患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组(34例)和对照组(34例)。对照组采用常规治疗,服用瘀血痹颗粒;治疗组在对照组的基础上联合中医电针疗法治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、魁北克腰痛障碍评分(QBPDS)及临床疗效。结果两组患者治疗后的VAS评分和QBPDS评分均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后的VAS评分和QBPDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 瘀血痹颗粒联合中医电针疗法可有效缓解瘀血型腰痛患者的疼痛症状,改善功能障碍,并提高患者日常生活能力,临床疗效满意。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Yuxuebi Granule combined with electroacupuncture therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of blood stasis type lumbago.Methods A total of 68 patients with blood stasis type lumbago admitted to the Nanping First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from November 2022 to November 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into the treatment group(34 cases)and the control group(34 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional treatment and Yuxuebi Granule.The treatment group was treated with combined traditional Chinese medicine electroacupuncture therapy on the basis of the control group.Visual analogue scale(VAS),Quebec back pain disability scale(QBPDS)and clinical outcomes were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The VAS and QBPDS scores of patients in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS and QBPDS scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Yuxuebi Granule combined with electroacupuncture therapy of traditional Chinese medicine can effectively relieve pain symptoms,improve dysfunction,and enhance the patients'ability of daily life in patients with blood stasis type lumbago,and the clinical efficacy is satisfactory.
