摘要
在国家鼓励性政策、全球发展趋势和各大汽车主机厂新技术突飞猛进的背景下,中国自2014年起就成了全球最大的新能源汽车市场。为传统汽车发动机配套供货的跨国汽车零部件供应商们面临严峻的考验。以传统跨国汽车零部件供应商——马勒集团(Mahle Group)为研究对象,采用资源依赖理论和波士顿矩阵产品管理法,探讨其遇到的问题,分析其走出困境的方法,提出传统跨国汽车零部件供应商在新能源时代的一些自救措施。对供应商来说,这些措施可以引以为鉴:一是尽快确定未来产品的方向,并要保持产品的创新性;二是当机立断,制定合理的降本增效措施;三是转变思想,摒弃总部高高在上的保守思想,制定灵活的本地化策略。
With the background of national incentive policies global development trends,and the rapid advancement of new technologies by OEMs,China has been the world’s largest new energy vehicle market since 2014.Traditional multinational auto parts suppliers who supply components for conventional vehicle engines are facing severe challenges.This paper focuses on the case of Mahle Group which is a traditional multinational auto parts supplier,applies the resource dependence theory and the Boston matrix product management method,explores the problems it confronts and analyzes the ways to extricate itself from difficulties,and finally puts forward some self-rescue measures for traditional multinational auto parts suppliers in the new energy era.These measures can be used as a reference for those suppliers:firstly,determine the direction of future products as soon as possible and continue to innovate;secondly,make decisive decisions on reasonable measures to reduce costs and increase efficiency;thirdly,change mindset,abandon the arrogant and conservative mindset and formulate flexible localization strategies.
