摘要
如何解决“三农”问题,全面推进乡村振兴战略,加快农业农村现代化进程,是新时代国家实现全面发展的重要议题。本文以湖南省益阳市桃江县修山镇莲盆嘴村为案例,围绕休闲农业与一二三产业融合发展的路径展开探讨。通过实地调研与资料分析,发现当前乡村发展面临的主要问题,结合三产融合理论、休闲农业理论与城乡融合理论,构建“农旅融合+数字技术+乡土文化”的创新发展模式。该模式依托数字智慧技术赋能,推动乡村经济多元复合业态的转型升级,并致力于为同类村庄提供具有实践价值的可复制发展路径。研究表明,构建以文化资源与数字技术为支撑的产业融合体系,有助于推动乡村产业升级与城乡要素高效协同,为新时代农业农村现代化提供理论支撑与实践参考。
Addressing the“Three Rural Issues”(agriculture,rural areas,and farmers),comprehensively advancing the rural revitalization strategy,and accelerating the modernization of agriculture and rural areas are pivotal for achieving holistic national development in the new era.This study takes Lianpenzui Village in Xiushan Town,Taojiang County,Yiyang City,Hunan Province as a case study to explore the integration path of leisure agriculture with primary,secondary,and tertiary industries.Through field investigations and data analysis,the research identifies the key challenges facing rural development,drew upon the theoretical frameworks of three industrial integration,leisure agriculture,and urban-rural integration to proposes an innovative development paradigm of“agriculture-tourism integration+digital technology+local culture”.This model leverages digital smart technologies to empower the transformation and upgrading of diversified rural economic systems,aiming to offer a replicable and practical development path for similar villages.The findings suggest that constructing an industrial integration system supported by cultural resources and digital technologies facilitates rural industrial upgrading and the efficient coordination of urban-rural elements,providing both theoretical insights and practical references for the modernization of agriculture and rural areas in the new era.
