摘要
±800 kV白浙线池州长江大跨越在国内首次采用±800 kV单回和500 kV双回路同塔架设方案,跨越档内导地线共38根。跨越塔采用大规格插入式钢管高立柱基础结构,插入式钢管长8.7 m,直径1.9 m,分2段连接,总重27.593 t,钢管底部采用锚固墩柱及地脚螺栓固定。大规格插入式钢管根开、高差、扭转及倾斜度等关键指标的精度控制直接关系到高塔安装。通过深入分析插入式钢管高立柱基础的特点及施工难点,并借鉴以往类似工程经验,工程采用2次浇筑分段控制的整体方案。在精度控制上,采用全站仪对钢管上法兰表面“四线八点”高程、根开尺寸进行测量,同时在对角线方向安装高精度无线倾角传感器实现实时快速监测。根据设计控制点计算出各施工控制点数据,并通过设置控制拉线使其达到设计值。该工艺在白浙线大跨越应用成功,其中插入式钢管基础根开最大偏差为9 mm,误差率为0.19‰,高差最大偏差为7 mm,质量评定达到优良级标准,大跨越插入式钢管高立柱基础高精度定位控制在工程中的实现,对以后的类似工程有较好的参考价值。
For the first time,±800 kV single circuit and 500 kV double circuit are erected on the same tower for the Yangtze River crossing of Baizhe transmission line.There are 38 conductors and ground wires in the crossing span.The crossing tower adopts a large specification plug-in steel pipe high column foundation.The plug-in steel pipe is 8.7 m long and 1.9 m in diameter.It is connected in two sections,with a total weight of 27.593 t.The bottom of the steel pipe is fixed with anchor pier columns and anchor bolts.The accuracy control of the key indicators such as the root opening,height difference,torsion and inclination of large specification plug-in steel pipes is directly related to the smooth installation of high towers.Through in-depth analysis of the characteristics and construction difficulties of the plug-in steel pipes high column foundation,and drawing on the experience of similar projects in the past,the overall scheme of twice pouring and subsection control is adopted.In terms of accuracy control,the total station is used to measure the“four lines and eight points”elevation and root opening size of the upper flange surface of the steel pipe.At the same time,high-precision wireless inclination sensor is installed in the diagonal direction to achieve real-time and rapid monitoring.The data of each construction control point are calculated according to the design control point and it is made to reach the design value by setting the control line.The successful implementation of this method in Baizhe Great Crossing has made the maximum deviation of the root opening of the plug-in steel pipe foundation only 9 mm,the error rate only 0.19‰,and the maximum deviation of the height difference only 7 mm,which reaches the excellent standard.The high-precision control of the positioning of the large crossing plug-in steel pipe high column foundation is realized,which has a high reference value for similar projects in the future.
