摘要
采用X射线荧光光谱仪、高频红外碳硫仪和元素分析仪分析硫元素,寻求最佳测定方案。结果发现,X射线荧光光谱仪测定低含量硫存在困难,而高频红外碳硫仪和元素分析仪均能满足要求,且分析结果具有高度一致性,相对误差小于8%。因此,除高频红外碳硫仪外,元素分析仪也是检测土壤中硫元素的有效手段,其测定结果更不容易受外界影响,适用于大批量土壤样品的快速分析。
Aiming at the determination method of S element in soil,three kinds of instruments were used for comparative analysis to find the best analysis scheme.The analysis and comparison results showed that it was difficult to determine the low content of S by X-ray fluorescence spectrometer,but both the high-frequency infrared carbon-sulfur analyzer and the elemental analyzer could meet the requirements,and the analysis results were highly consistent,and the relative error was less than 8%.Therefore,in addition to the high-frequency infrared carbon-sulfur analyzer,the elemental analyzer is also an effective means to detect the S element in the soil.
