摘要
采用文献分析和实证研究的方法,梳理高校图书馆地方文献资源建设的研究现状,分析高校图书馆地方文献资源建设的理论基础,构建“资源整合、技术赋能、服务创新”三位一体的理论模型,并以周口师范学院图书馆为例,对河南省周口市地方文献资源建设进行探究,旨在充分发挥地方应用型本科高校的资源优势,更好地为科学研究、人才培养、地方经济发展、文化传承创新服务。
By using the methods of literature analysis and empirical research,this paper reviews the current research status of local literature resource construction in university libraries,analyzes the theoretical basis of local literature resource construction in university libraries,and constructs a three-in-one theoretical model of“resource integration,technology empowerment,and service innovation”.Taking the library of Zhoukou Normal University as an example,it explores the construction of local literature resources in Zhoukou city,Henan province,aiming to give full play to the resource advantages of local application-oriented undergraduate universities and better serve scientific research,talent cultivation,local economic development,and cultural inheritance and innovation.
