摘要
临空经济区作为引领区域高质量发展的重要空间载体,其产业与空间布局的协同关系对区域功能提升和资源优化配置具有重要意义。本文以大连金州湾临空经济区为研究对象,基于POI数据,首先运用平均最近邻指数分析交通、餐饮、文体旅游等服务型产业的集聚特征,识别区域内部空间组织规律;进而结合规划政策与发展趋势,提取航空服务、现代物流、商务会展、文化旅游四类重点产业,分析其耦合关系与空间分布特征,并通过核密度估计识别布局不足。随后,构建涵盖高程、坡度、生态敏感性、交通可达性等指标的综合影响因子体系,利用AHP法开展空间适宜性评价,生成分类图像,为产业选址提供依据。在此基础上,提出以空港枢纽为核心、沿岸带发展“轴带式–组团化”复合空间结构,并从交通组织、生态修复、配套提升与产业聚集四个维度提出空间优化策略。研究结果为金州湾临空经济区的高质量空间布局提供了理论支撑和方法参考,也为其他临空区域的协同规划实践提供了可借鉴路径。
As a pivotal spatial vehicle driving regional high-quality development,the synergistic relationship between industries and spatial layout in airport economic zones holds significant implications for enhancing regional functionality and optimizing resource allocation.Taking the Jinzhou Bay Airport Economic Zone in Dalian as the study area,this research employs POI data and applies the average nearest neighbor index to analyze the agglomeration characteristics of service-oriented industries such as transportation,catering,and cultural tourism,thereby identifying spatial organizational patterns within the region.Subsequently,four key industries—aviation services,modern logistics,business exhibitions,and cultural tourism—are extracted based on planning policies and development trends.The coupling relationships and spatial distribution features of these industries are examined,with layout deficiencies identified through kernel density estimation.An integrated factor system encompassing elevation,slope,ecological sensitivity,and transportation accessibility is then established.Using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),spatial suitability evaluation is conducted to generate classified imagery for guiding industrial site selection.Building on this analysis,optimization strategies are proposed centering on an“axial-belt and clustered”spatial structure with the airport hub as the core and coastal development zones as key components.Strategies address four dimensions:transportation organization,ecological restoration,supporting facilities enhancement,and industrial agglomeration.The findings provide theoretical and methodological references for high-quality spatial planning in the Jinzhou Bay Airport Economic Zone,while offering transferable pathways for synergistic development in similar airport-driven regions.
