悬挂式帷幕深基坑承压水抽降诱发沉降动态主动控制研究 被引量:1

摘要 随着基坑规模不断增大且周边环境日趋复杂,深基坑施工中承压水抽降诱发周边环境沉降的问题益加突出。现有治理措施在综合应用中仍欠缺系统性,影响了治理效果和经济性。为此,以承压水抽降诱发沉降控制为核心切入点,提出了贯穿勘察、设计、施工全过程的“现场试验—参数反演—计算分析—动态主动控制”技术路线,以及基于水位变化与沉降数据的沉降综合变形参数及计算方法,总结归纳了承压水抽降诱发地表沉降三大动态主动控制措施及应用原则。通过示范工程的应用,验证了承压水抽降诱发地表沉降动态主动控制技术路线的可行性、沉降综合变形参数及沉降计算的简便性、动态主动控制措施的有效性,为城市环境密集区悬挂式帷幕深基坑承压水抽降的微扰动变形控制提供了可靠的理论依据和实践参考。 With the increasing scale of foundation pits and the growing complexity of surrounding environments,the issue of settlement induced by confined water dewatering in deep foundation pits has become increasingly prominent.Existing mitigation measures still lack systematic integration in practical applications,which compromises both effectiveness and economic efficiency.To address this,focusing on the control of settlement caused by confined water dewatering,this study proposes a technical framework encompassing the entire process of investigation,design,and construction:“field testing-parameter inversion-model prediction-dynamic management”.Additionally,a comprehensive deformation parameter and calculation method based on groundwater drawdown and settlement data are introduced.Three major dynamic proactive control measures and their application principles for mitigating surface settlement induced by confined water dewatering are summarized.Application in a demonstration project validated the feasibility of the proposed technical framework,the simplicity of the comprehensive deformation parameter and settlement calculation method,and the effectiveness of the dynamic proactive control measures.This study provides a reliable theoretical basis and practical reference for minimal-disturbance deformation control during confined water dewatering in deep foundation pit with suspended curtains in densely populated urban environments.
