摘要
在海洋环境中,微生物种类繁多且分布广泛,在这种环境中使用不锈钢材料时,不可避免地会受到微生物诱导的腐蚀(Microbiologically Induced Corrosion, MIC)。总结了典型的硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)、硝酸盐还原菌(NRB)以及铁氧化菌(IOB)等几种细菌的腐蚀机制以及它们对不锈钢的腐蚀研究进展。综合评述了不锈钢微生物腐蚀的细胞外电子传递理论、腐蚀性代谢产物理论、浓差电池理论。最后,提出了海洋环境下不锈钢微生物腐蚀的防护措施,旨在为该领域的研究工作提供新的启发和方向。
In the marine environment,there are numerous and widely distributed types of microorganisms.When using stainless steel materials in this environment,it is inevitable to encounter microbiologically induced corrosion(MIC).This paper systematically summarized the corro-sion mechanisms of several typical bacteria,including sulfate-reducing bacteria(SRB),nitrate-reducing bacteria(NRB)and iron-oxidizing bacteria(IOB),as well as their effects on stainless steel corrosion.A comprehensive review of the MIC mechanisms of stainless steel,encom-passing the extracellular electron transfer theory,corrosive metabolic product theory,and concentration cell theory were provided.Finally,pro-tective measures against microbiologically induced corrosion of stainless steel in marine environments were proposed,aiming to provide new in-sights and directions for research in this field.
