摘要
目前,宫颈癌的治疗以手术、放化疗为主,中医药常作为重要补充。中药及中医外治在宫颈癌不同治疗阶段发挥着重要作用,如减轻术后并发症、改善放化疗不良反应、增强机体免疫功能、消除负面情绪、延长生存期等,有效提高了抗宫颈癌的综合疗效。本文总结了中医药在宫颈癌治疗中的临床应用最新进展,为未来宫颈癌中医诊疗模式和学术发展提供参考。
At present,the treatment of cervical cancer is mainly based on surgery,radiotherapy and chemotherapy,with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)often used as an important supplement.Chinese herbal medicine and external treatment of TCM play important roles in different treatment stages of cervical cancer,such as alleviating postoperative complications,improving the adverse effects of radiotherapy,enhancing the body′s immune function,eliminating negative emotions,prolonging the survival period,etc.,which effectively improves the comprehensive therapeutic efficacy against cervical cancer.This article summarizes the latest progress in the clinical application of TCM for cervical cancer treatment,and provides a reference for future TCM diagnosis and treatment modes and academic development of cervical cancer.
