摘要
目的对中医药治疗子宫腺肌病(AM)的文献进行可视化分析,梳理该领域研究现状,探讨研究热点和预测未来发展趋势。方法检索中国知网收录的2001年1月1日至2023年12月31日中医药治疗AM的学术期刊文献。采用Note Express V3.5软件对纳入文献数据进行筛选、合并和去重,采用Excel 2010软件绘制年发文量折线图,采用Cite Space 6.1.R6软件对纳入文献作者、机构、关键词绘制图谱并进行可视化分析。结果共纳入文献547篇,2001年—2023年中医药治疗AM领域发文量总体呈上升趋势。发文量前3的作者分别为魏绍斌、师伟、李坤寅。发文最多的机构依次为山东中医药大学附属医院(山东中医药大学)、成都中医药大学、广州中医药大学,各机构节点分散,节点之间未形成连线,各机构中心中介性为0。文献关键词图谱共形成节点368个,连线611条,10个聚类。结论中医药治疗AM领研究主要集中在痛经、临床观察、名医经验、中医治疗和细胞凋亡。基于分子细胞学,通过中医复方多靶点、多途径、多维度地探究AM的靶向治疗将是未来研究热点方向。
Objective To visually analyze the literature of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment of adenomyosis(AM),sort the current research status of this field,discuss research hotspots and predict trends of future development.Methods The academic journals literature of TCM treatment of AM collected from January 1,2001 to December 31,2023 in CNKI were searched.NoteExpressV3.5 software was used to screen,combine and deduplicate the included literature data;Excel 2010 software was used to draw annual publication line chart;CiteSpace 6.1.R6 software was used to draw graphs and visually analyzed the authors,institutions and keywords of the included literature.Results A total of 547 literature were included,and the number of publications in the field of TCM treatment of AM showed an overall upward trend from 2001 to 2023.The top three authors with most publications were Wei Shaobin,Shi Wei and Li Kunyin,and the top institutions with most publications were Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of TMC(Shandong University of TCM),Chengdu University of TCM,and Guangzhou University of TCM.The institution nodes are scattered,no connections have formed between them,and each institution′s betweenness centrality is 0.The literature keyword map formed 368 nodes,611 connections,and 10 clusters.Conclusions The research in the field of TCM treatment of AM mainly focuses on dysmenorrhea,clinical observation,experience of famous doctors,TCM treatment and cell apoptosis.Based on molecular cytology,exploring the targeted therapy of AM through multi-target,multi-pathway and multi-dimensional TCM compound will be a hotspot in future research.
