摘要
文章致力于探讨当前国内石油石化行业在健康企业建设的实施现状并提出优化建议。结合实践过程中的经验与实例,深入分析了当前面临的关键问题与突出难点,如健康管理人员短缺、健康风险评估不够精准、心理健康管理能力薄弱等。针对上述问题,提出优化健康管理体系、提升职业健康管理水平等针对性提升策略,旨在为石油石化行业高质量开展健康企业建设提供有益的参考与支持,推动企业实现可持续健康发展。
This paper explores the current implementation status of healthy enterprise initiatives in China’s petroleum and petrochemical industry and proposes optimization strategies.Based on practical cases,key challenges such as shortages of health management professionals,imprecise risk assessment,and weak mental health management are analyzed.Targeted strategies are suggested,including optimizing health management systems and enhancing occupational health management capacity.The goal is to provide reference and support for promoting sustainable healthy enterprise development in the petroleum and petrochemical industry.
