摘要
儿童肿瘤患者常因肿瘤疾病负荷和肿瘤治疗面临营养不良风险,影响治疗效果和预后。营养风险评估是改善预后和生存质量的关键环节,主要包括人体成分测量分析和量表评估。人体成分测量分析不仅能获得人体各组分的客观精确数据,还可以纵向监测营养状况的发展变化,但受成本和技术限制;量表评估具有快速、简便的优势,但主观性较强,且缺乏儿童肿瘤特异性工具;因此,本文主要对MUAC/TSFT、BIA、DEXA人体成分测量分析方法和STAMP、SGNA、PYMS、STRONGkids、SCAN、NRS-PC营养风险量表评估方法进行综述,旨在为临床医护人员选择适合儿童肿瘤患者的营养评估工具及方法提供参考依据。
Children with cancer are at high risk of malnutrition due to disease burden and treatment,which compromises therapeutic efficacy and prognosis.Nutritional risk assessment is a critical component for improving prognosis and quality of life,primarily encompassing body composition analysis and assessment using scales.Body composition analysis provides objective quantification of physiological compartments and enables longitudinal monitoring of nutritional status,though its clinical utility is constrained by cost and technical requirements.Scale-based nutritional screening offers advantages of speed and simplicity,but is limited by subjectivity and the absence of pediatric oncology-specific tools.Therefore,this review focuses on body composition methodologies(MUAC,TSFT,BIA,DEXA)and nutritional risk assessment frameworks(STAMP,SGNA,PYMS,STRONGkids,SCAN,NRS-PC),aiming to inform evidence-based selection of appropriate nutritional assessment tools for pediatric cancer patients.
