摘要
肌上皮癌是一种罕见的恶性肿瘤,具有较高复发率、整体预后较差,由于其罕见性目前暂无明确的治疗指南。本文报道1例诊断为肺转移性肌上皮癌的病例,该病例使用抗程序性死亡受体-1(programmed death-1,PD-1)/抗CD40双抗治疗药物、抗PD-1药物联合化疗均进展后,使用依沃西单抗联合化疗取得疾病部分缓解。本文对该病例进行报道并复习相关文献,以期对肌上皮癌的内科治疗方案提供参考。
Myoepithelial carcinoma is a rare malignant ne-oplasm characterized by high recurrence rates and poor prognosis.Given its rarity,standardized therapeutic protocols remain undefined.We report a case of pulmonary metastatic myoepithelial carcinoma that achieved partial response to ivonescimab plus chemotherapy after disease progression on both anti-PD-1/anti-CD40 bispecific antibody therapy and anti-PD-1 combined with chemotherapy.This article presents this case along with a review of the relevant literature to provide a rationale for the medical treatment of myoepithelial carcinoma.
