摘要
针对冬季低水温下燃机电厂无膜电去离子(MFEDI)电混床设备产水品质劣化问题展开研究。研究发现,低温导致电混床进水水温下降,使电再生过程中电能对水分子的电离能力削弱,电离产生H+、OH-离子的浓度下降,进而影响电再生效率,造成电混床深度失效,产水电导率、硅、钠离子超标。通过加碱压制电压、强制循环再生、提高运行水温等措施,对基本失去脱盐与再生能力的MFEDI电混床进行脱盐性能恢复试验与探索,并对可行技术方案进行固化与总结。结果表明,进水加碱可明显降低再生电压,提升水温能够提高水体及树脂的电导率,循环再生可改善树脂状态,提升产水品质。该研究为解决低温环境下MFEDI电混床产水异常问题提供了技术方案。
Research is conducted on the deterioration of water quality produced by membrane-free electro-deionization(MFEDI)mixed bed equipment in gas turbine power plants under low water temperature in winter.Research has found that low temperatures cause the influent water temperature of the electro-mixing bed to drop,weakening the ionization ability of electrical energy on water molecules during the electro-regeneration process.The concentration of H+and OH-ions generated by ionization decreases,which in turn affects the electro-regeneration efficiency,leads to the failure of the electro-mixing bed depth,and causes the electrical conductivity,silicon and sodium ions in the produced water to exceed the standard.Through measures such as adding alkali to suppress voltage,forced circulation regeneration,and raising the operating water temperature,the desalination performance recovery tests and explorations are conducted on the MFEDI electro-mixed bed that had basically lost its desalination and regeneration capabilities,and the feasible technical solutions were solidified and summarized.The results show that adding alkali to the feed water can significantly reduce the regeneration voltage,increasing the water temperature can enhance the electrical conductivity of the water body and the resin,and circulating regeneration can improve the condition of the resin and enhance the quality of the produced water.This research provides a technical solution for addressing the abnormal water production issue of MFEDI electro-mixed beds in low-temperature environments.
