熵权法在石化行业节能减排绩效评价中的应用

摘要 在我国积极推进“双碳”目标的背景下,石化行业的节能减排工作对其自身的可持续发展及国家“双碳”目标的实现具有重要意义。因此,构建适应石化行业的节能减排绩效评价体系尤为重要。采用DPSIR模型,从驱动力、压力、状态、影响、响应共5个维度构建评价体系,并运用熵权法对评价指标进行赋权。该方法能够有效反映企业的碳减排效果,识别潜在驱动因素,明确企业面临的压力,分析产生的影响,并梳理应对措施。构建的评价体系能够全面呈现企业节能减排的关键信息,为企业制定有效的策略提供参考,助力行业绿色转型和国家“双碳”目标的实现。 Under the background of China's vigorous promotion of the'double carbon'goals,the energy-saving and emission reduction work in the petrochemical industry is of great significance to its own sustainable development and the realization of the country's'double carbon'goals.Therefore,it is particularly important to establish a performance evaluation system for energy-saving and emission reduction that is suitable for the petrochemical industry.The DPSIR model is adopted to construct an evaluation system from five dimensions:driving force,pressure,state,influence and response,and the entropy weight method is used to assign weights to the evaluation indicators.This method can effectively reflect the carbon reduction effect of enterprises,identify potential driving factors,clarify the pressure faced by enterprises,analyze the resulting impacts,and sort out countermeasures.The constructed evaluation system can comprehensively present the key information of enterprises on energy-saving and emission reduction,providing references for enterprises to formulate effective strategies and facilitating the green transformation of the industry and the realization of the country's'double carbon'goals.
