摘要
对某超临界锅炉膜式水冷壁传热特性进行数值模拟研究,建立膜式水冷壁管段数值模型,探究不同试验工况及不同火焰温度对水冷壁背火侧关键壁温的影响规律。结果表明,背火侧鳍片中心位置的温度在一定程度上可以反映向火侧水冷壁管壁温度,而背火侧管壁中心温度基本可以代表管内工质温度。当水冷壁向火侧火焰温度从950℃升高至1 450℃时,背火侧鳍片中心温度的焊缝位置对向火侧火焰温度的变化更为敏感。通过背火侧壁温分布推断向火侧壁温分布,可以掌握炉膛燃烧情况,为机组在不同负荷工况下的安全、稳定、高效运行及锅炉节能诊断提供参考。
A numerical simulation study is conducted on the heat transfer characteristics of the membrane water-cooled wall of a certain supercritical boiler.A numerical model of the membrane water-cooled wall section is established to explore the influence laws of different test conditions and different flame temperatures on the key wall temperature on the backfire side of the water-cooled wall.The results show that the temperature at the center of the fin on the backfire side can reflect the wall temperature of the water-cooled tube on the backfire side to a certain extent,while the center temperature of the tube wall on the backfire side can basically represent the temperature of the working medium inside the tube.When the flame temperature on the fire-facing side of the water-cooled wall rises from 950℃to 1450℃,the weld position at the center temperature of the fin on the backfire side is more sensitive to the change of the flame temperature on the fire-facing side.By inferring the temperature distribution of the fire-facing side wall through the backfire side wall temperature distribution,the combustion conditions in the furnace can be grasped,providing a reference for the safe,stable and efficient operation of the unit under different load conditions and energy-saving diagnosis of the boiler.
