摘要
目的观察腕踝针对射频消融术患者围手术期应激反应的影响。方法选取2020年8月至2021年9月河南省3家三级甲等医院收治的70例行房颤射频消融术的患者为研究对象。对照组在常规护理基础上接受芬太尼镇痛+假性刺激;观察组接受芬太尼镇痛+腕踝针。观察两组患者围手术期入导管室时及手术结束后拔除鞘管的血流动力学变化,并记录不良反应发生情况。结果两组入室前收缩压、舒张压差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后拔除鞘管即刻观察组收缩压、舒张压低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组入室前、术后拔除鞘管即刻经皮动脉血氧饱和度(SpO_(2))差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组状态焦虑分量表(S-AI)得分低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论腕踝针治疗可有效减轻房颤射频消融术患者应激反应,有利于稳定血压,有效降低患者的焦虑情绪,且不增加术后不良反应发生率。
Objective To evaluate the effect of wrist-ankle acupuncture on perioperative stress in patients undergoing radiofrequency ablation.Methods From August 2020 to September 2021,70 patients with atrial fibrillation who received radiofrequency ablation in three tertiary hospitals in Henan Province were recruited.Patients in the control group received routine care combined with fentanyl analgesia and sham stimulation,while those in the observation group were treated with fentanyl analgesia plus wrist-ankle acupuncture.Hemodynamic parameters were monitored at entry into the catheterization laboratory and after sheath removal,and adverse events were recorded.Results There was no statistically significant difference in systolic and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups before entering the room(P>0.05).Immediately after the sheath was removed,the systolic and diastolic blood pressures in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in percutaneous arterial oxygen saturation(SpO_(2))between the two groups before entering the room and immediately after the sheath tube was removed after the operation(P<0.05).The score of the state anxiety inventory(S-AI)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Wrist-ankle acupuncture appears to alleviate perioperative stress in atrial fibrillation radiofrequency ablation patients,helping to stabilize blood pressure and improve emotional state,without increasing postoperative complications.
