摘要
高校学生社区不仅是生活场域,也是教育文化场域,是加强党建引领、落实立德树人根本任务、构建“三全育人”格局的重要载体,是新时代思想政治工作创新实践的重要平台和抓手。在“一站式”学生社区中,驻楼辅导员是开展思想政治教育工作的重要育人力量,如何充分利用“一站式”学生社区和驻楼辅导员来提升学生思想政治教育成效是当前高校思想政治教育工作中值得深入探究的内容。本文结合高校“一站式”学生社区的建设情况和建设要求,讨论驻楼辅导员的工作现状和存在问题、驻楼辅导员在思想政治教育中的作用发挥以及工作路径设想与建议。
Student communities are not merely living spaces but also educational and cultural arenas.They serve as vital platforms for strengthening Party-building leadership,fulfilling the fundamental mission of fostering virtue through education,and establishing the work framework of Three-dimensional Education.These communities have become important vehicles for innovative ideological and political education in the new era.Within"one-stop"student communities,residential counselors play a crucial role in conducting ideological and political education.Exploring how to fully leverage these communities and residential counselors to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education is a topic worthy of in-depth research in current higher education practices.This paper examines the developmental status and requirements of"one-stop"student communities,analyzes prevailing operational conditions and identified challenges,culminating in evidence-based proposals regarding the roles,implementation frameworks,and policy recommendations for residential counselors to enhance ideological and political education practices.
