摘要
冠状动脉微血管疾病(CMVD)是许多患者出现心绞痛的主要原因之一。其发病率高,严重影响患者生活质量,并与许多心血管疾病及不良事件发生密切相关,严重威胁人类身体健康。近年来,对其病理生理、发病机制、分类、临床特征、诊断和治疗的研究不断深入,本文旨在整合这些前沿知识,为CMVD的精准诊疗提供参考。
Coronary microvascular disease(CMVD)is one of the main causes of angina pectoris in many patients.The incidence of CMVD is high.It seriously affects the quality of life of patients,and is closely related to the occurrence of many cardiovascular diseases and adverse cardiovascular events,which seriously threatens human health.In recent years,the research on its pathophysiology,pathogenesis,classification,clinical characteristics,diagnosis and treatment has been deepened.This paper aims to integrate these frontiers of knowledge and provide reference for the accurate diagnosis and treatment of CMVD.
