摘要
弧光放电是一种危险的电力设备事故,其后果不仅可能导致设备严重损坏,还可能造成人身伤害,因此,有必要识别其发生原因并采取有效防范措施。中低压开关柜中,弧光放电是最为严重的事故之一。重点分析并论证在低压母线上设置弧光放电保护的具体措施,通过对现有开关柜结构及安全隐患分析,设计了一种具有改进观察窗和防护板的新型开关柜。结果表明,新型设计不仅提高了开关柜的安全性,还改善了检查与检修体验,对提高电力系统的安全运行和效率具有重要的意义。
Arc discharge is a dangerous power equipment accident.Its consequences may not only lead to serious damage to the equipment,but also cause personal injury.Therefore,it is necessary to identify the cause of its occurrence and take effective preventive measures.Arc discharge is one of the most serious accidents in medium and low voltage switchgear.Focusing on analyzing and demonstrating specific measures to set arc discharge protection on low-voltage bus bar,a new type of switchgear with improved observation windows and protective plates is designed through analyzing the structure and safety hazards of existing switchgear.The results show that the new design not only improves the safety of the switchgear,but also improves the inspection and maintenance experience,which is of great significance for improving the safe operation and efficiency of the power system.
