摘要
鲁奇炉煤气化废水成分复杂,含有高浓度的酚类等有毒难降解有机物,处理难度较大。以新疆某煤化工企业鲁奇炉煤气化废水处理工程为例,采用“惰性气体预处理除油技术、间歇多循环专利生化处理技术、高级氧化结合生化的深度处理技术”为核心的处理工艺,出水水质达到GB/T 19923—2024《城市污水再生利用工业用水水质》中关于再生水用作循环冷却系统补充水的水质标准。项目的单位投资成本约为3333元/m^(3),单位运行成本可控制在5元/m^(3)以内。该研究结果可为类似鲁奇炉煤气化废水处理提供参考。
The composition of Luqi furnace gasification wastewater is complex,containing high concentrations of toxic and refractory organic compounds such as phenols,making it difficult to treat.Taking the Luqi furnace coal gasification wastewater treatment project of a coal chemical enterprise in Xinjiang as an example,"inert gas pretreatment oil removal technology,intermittent multi cycle patented biochemical treatment technology,and advanced oxidation combined with biochemical deep treatment technology"was adopted as the core process.The effluent quality meets the water quality standards of GB/T 19923-2024 Industrial water quality for urban sewage recycling and utilization for the use of recycled water as supplementary water for circulating cooling systems.The investment cost of the project is about 3333 yuan/m^(3),and the operating cost for sewage treatment can be controlled within 5 yuan/m^(3).The research results can provide reference for the wastewater treatment similar to the Lurgi furnace gaisification wastewater treatment project.
