摘要
长骨转移瘤常引起顽固性疼痛、运动功能障碍及病理性骨折,严重影响患者生活质量。常规治疗手段如放化疗、止痛药物及外科手术均存在一定局限性,但“经皮钢筋混凝土技术”——经皮钢筋混凝土骨成形术(percutaneous reinforced concrete osteoplasty,PRCO)通过经皮闭合穿刺、同轴置入金属植入物及骨水泥锚定,显示出较为理想的微创治疗效果。该文综述了PRCO研究背景、作用机制、技术要点、临床疗效及并发症等。
Long bone metastases often cause intractable pain,motor dysfunction,and pathological fractures,significantly compromising patients'quality of life.While conventional treatments such as radiotherapy,chemotherapy,analgesics,and surgery have inherent limitations,the“percutaneous reinforced concrete technology”,i.e.percutaneous reinforced concrete osteoplasty(PRCO),has demonstrated promising minimally-invasive therapeutic outcomes through closed percutaneous puncture,coaxial placement of metal implants,and bone cement anchoring.This article comprehensively reviews the PRCO,focusing on its research background,therapeutic mechanism,technical key points,clinical efficacy,and potential complications.
