摘要
新信息技术条件下的联合行动,催生了基于用户定义和用户需求的态势感知(Situation Awareness,SA)服务。提出了一种面向多用户服务态势图系统,针对不同用户,提供不同角度和层级的态势。为解决通用态势图中信息不全、信息过载、有态无势等问题,将多源态势信息进行时间同步和空间配准,通过知识图谱(Knowlerlge Graph,KG)建立数据、信息、知识经验和智慧之间的内在联系,对态势信息进行深层融合。然后将深层融合后的信息作为输入,建立趋势和威胁预测模型,输出趋势和威胁概率图(Probability Graph,PG)辅助决策人员做出决策。
The integration of emerging information technologies into joint operations evolve customizable Situation awareness(SA)services that adapt to user-defined requirements.This study presents a service-oriented operational picture system designed for multi-user environments.For different users,situational information is visualized from different perspectives and levels.To solve the problems of incomplete information,information overload,situation without trend analysis in conventional situation picture,multi-source situation information is synchronized in time and registered in space.Then,the multi-source data,information,knowledge,experience and wisdom of the situation are deeply integrated through the knowledge graph(KG).The deeply integrated information plays as the input of the proposed trend and threat prediction model,and produces the probability trend and threat graphs.PG leads to execution decisions in a military command organization.
