血清sTNFRⅡ、HLA-G、CK19水平与HPV感染患者HPV高危型的相关性

Correlation between serum sTNFRII,HLA-G,CK19 levels and high-risk HPV in patients with HPV infection

摘要 目的:分析血清可溶性肿瘤坏死因子受体Ⅱ(sTNFRⅡ)、人白细胞抗原-G(HLA-G)、细胞角蛋白19(CK19)水平与人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染患者HPV高危型的相关性。方法:回顾性分析2022年1月至2023年1月安阳市肿瘤医院收治的93例HPV感染患者的临床资料,作为观察组,并根据HPV分型检测结果将其分为高危型患者(n=45)和低危型患者(n=48)。另回顾性分析安阳市肿瘤医院同期93名健康体检者的临床资料,作为对照组。比较两组血清sTNFRⅡ、HLA-G、CK19水平,不同HPV分型患者血清sTNFRⅡ、HLA-G、CK19水平,采用Spearman分析血清sTNFRⅡ、HLA-G、CK19水平与HPV感染患者HPV高危型的相关性。结果:观察组血清sTNFRⅡ、HLA-G、CK19水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);高危型患者血清sTNFRⅡ、HLA-G、CK19水平均高于低危型患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Spearman相关性分析结果显示,血清sTNFRⅡ、HLA-G、CK19水平与HPV感染患者HPV高危型均呈正相关,差异有统计学意义(r>0,P<0.05)。结论:血清sTNFRⅡ、HLA-G、CK19水平与HPV感染患者HPV高危型均呈正相关。 Objective:To analyze correlation between serum soluble tumor necrosis factor receptor II(sTNFRII),human leukocyte antigen-G(HLA-G),cytokeratin 19(CK19)levels and high-risk HPV in patients with human papillomavirus(HPV)infection.Methods:The clinical data of 93 patients with HPV infection admitted to Anyang Cancer Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were retrospectively analyzed and they were set as the observation group.According to the results of HPV typing,they were divided into high-risk patients(n=45)and low-risk patients(n=48).The clinical data of 93 healthy subjects in Anyang Cancer Hospital during the same period were retrospectively analyzed and they were used as the control group.The levels of serum sTNFRII,HLA-G and CK19 in the two groups and the patients with different HPV types were compared.Spearman analysis was used to analyze the correlation between the serum sTNFRII,HLA-G,CK19 levels and high-risk HPV in the patients with HPV infection.Results:The levels of serum sTNFRII,HLA-G and CK19 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of serum sTNFRII,HLA-G and CK19 in the high-risk patients were higher than those in the low-risk patients,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that the serum sTNFRII,HLA-G and CK19 levels were positively correlated with high-risk HPV in the patients with HPV infection,and the difference was statistically significant(r>0,P<0.05).Conclusions:The serum sTNFRII,HLA-G and CK19 levels are positively correlated with high-risk HPV in the patients with HPV infection.
