摘要
目的:分析子宫内膜癌组织中S100钙结合蛋白A4(S100A4)、生长抑制因子4(ING4)表达水平与病理特征的相关性。方法:回顾性分析2021年9月至2024年9月该院收治的90例子宫内膜癌患者的临床资料,设为观察组,另选取同期90名健康体检者设为对照组。比较两组和不同病理特征子宫内膜癌组织中S100A4、ING4表达水平,分析子宫内膜癌组织中S100A4、ING4表达水平与病理特征的相关性。结果:观察组S100A4阳性率高于对照组,ING4阳性率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同年龄、侵犯范围子宫内膜癌组织中S100A4、ING4阳性率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同肌壁浸润深度、分化程度、临床分期、淋巴结转移情况子宫内膜癌组织中S100A4、ING4阳性率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);Pearson相关性分析结果显示,子宫内膜癌组织中S100A4表达水平与肌壁浸润深度、临床分期、淋巴结转移均呈正相关,与分化程度呈负相关;子宫内膜癌组织中ING4表达水平与分化程度呈正相关,与肌壁浸润深度、临床分期、淋巴结转移均呈负相关。结论:子宫内膜癌组织中S100A4、ING4表达水平与病理特征存在相关性。
Objective:To analyze correlation between expression levels of S100 calcium binding protein A4(S100A4)and inhibitor of growth family member 4(ING4)in endometrial cancer tissues and pathological features.Methods:The clinical data of 90 patients with endometrial cancer admitted to this hospital from September 2021 to September 2024 were retrospectively analyzed and they were set as the observation group.Another 90 healthy subjects in the same period were selected as the control group.The expression levels of S100A4 and ING4 in the two groups and among the endometrial cancer tissues with different pathological features were compared.The correlation between the expression levels of S100A4 and ING4 in endometrial cancer tissues and pathological features were analyzed.Results:The positive rate of S100A4 in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the positive rate of ING4 was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the positive rates of S100A4 and ING4 in the endometrial carcinoma tissues with different ages and scope of tumor invasion(P>0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the positive rates of S100A4 and ING4 in the endometrial carcinoma tissues with different muscle wall invasion depth,differentiation degrees,clinical stages and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the expression level of S100A4 in the endometrial cancer tissues was positively correlated with the muscle wall invasion depth,clinical stage and lymph node metastasis,and negatively correlated with the differentiation degree.The expression level of ING4 in the endometrial carcinoma was positively correlated with the differentiation degree,and negatively correlated with the myometrial invasion depth,clinical stage and lymph node metastasis.Conclusions:The expression levels of S100A4 and ING4 in the endometrial cancer tissues are correlated with pathological features.
