摘要
目的:观察神经节苷脂联合地塞米松治疗突发性聋患者的效果。方法:回顾性分析2022年2月至2024年3月该院收治的107例突发性聋患者的临床资料,按照治疗方式不同将其分为对照组(n=52)与观察组(n=55)。对照组采用地塞米松治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合神经节苷脂治疗。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后纯音听力阈值、血清学指标[白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、可溶性血管细胞间黏附分子-1(sVCAM-1)、内皮素(ET)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)]水平,以及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为94.55%(52/55),高于对照组的80.77%(42/52),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组4000、2000、1000、500、250 Hz等纯音听力阈值均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组sVCAM-1、IL-1β、ET水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,两组CGRP水平均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:神经节苷脂联合地塞米松治疗突发性聋患者可提高治疗总有效率,改善血清学指标水平,以及降低纯音听力阈值,效果优于单纯地塞米松治疗。
Objective:To observe effects of Gangliosides combined with Dexamethasone in treatment of sudden deafness.Methods:The clinical data of 107 patients with sudden deafness admitted to this hospital from February 2022 to March 2024 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group(n=52)and observation group(n=55).The control group was treated with Dexamethasone,while the observation group was treated with Ganglioside sodium on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the pure tone hearing threshold,the serological indexes[interleukin-1β(IL-1β),soluble vascular cell adhesion molecule-1(sVCAM-1),endothelin(ET),calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP)]levels before and after the treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.55%(52/55),which was higher than that of the control group 80.77%(42/52),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the pure tone hearing threshold at 4000,2000,1000,500 and 250 Hz in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of sVCAM-1,IL-1βand ET in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;the CGRP levels of the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,and that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Gangliosides combined with Dexamethasone in the treatment of the patients with sudden deafness can improve the total effective rate of treatment,improve the levels of serological indexes,and reduce the pure tone hearing threshold.Moreover,it is superior to simple Dexamethasone treatment.
