摘要
目的探究三级质控管理模式在血透室院内感染控制中的应用。方法抽取2022年12月~2023年12月在我院进行血液透析的患者62例,随机分为参照组和观察组,每组各31例,参照组行常规质控管理模式,观察组行三级质控管理模式。比对护理质量、院感发生状况、风险事件、管理满意度。结果干预后,护理质量:观察组各项指标高于参照组(P<0.05);院内感染发生率:观察组3.23%,参照组19.35%(P<0.05);风险事件的发生率:观察组3.23%,参照组22.58%(P<0.05);满意度:观察组96.77%,参照组80.65%(P<0.05)。结论血透室中应用三级质控管理模式效果明显,对于院内感染控制以及风险事件发生率降低均有积极影响。
Objective To investigate the application of a three-level quality control management model in infection control of hemodialysis units.Methods A total of 62 patients undergoing hemodialysis at our hospital from December 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 31 patients in each group.The control group under‐went conventional quality control management,while the observation group underwent a three-tier quality control management mod‐el.Nursing quality,incidence of hospital-acquired infections,risk events,and management satisfaction were compared.Results Af‐ter intervention,nursing quality:all indicators in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);inci‐dence of hospital-acquired infections:3.23%in the observation group and 19.35%in the control group(P<0.05);Incidence of ad‐verse events:3.23%in the observation group and 22.58%in the reference group(P<0.05);Satisfaction:96.77%in the observation group and 80.65%in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the three-level quality control management model in hemodialysis units yields significant effects,positively impacting hospital-acquired infection control and reducing the inci‐dence of adverse events.
