摘要
影像学技术的快速发展显著提升了卵巢恶性肿瘤的诊疗水平。多模态影像学技术的综合应用显著提升了影像学方法对发现早期恶性肿瘤的诊断能力及其对肿瘤生物学行为的评估能力。本文系统综述了近年超声、CT、MRI及核医学显像在诊断卵巢癌方面的进展。未来人工智能与分子影像的深度融合将推动卵巢恶性肿瘤影像诊断向精准化与智能化发展,为改善患者预后提供新方向。
The rapid development of imaging technologies has significantly improved the diagnosis and management of ovarian malignant tumors.The integrated application of multimodal imaging techniques has significantly enhanced both the detection capability of early-stage malignant tumors and the evaluation capacity for tumor biological behavior.This review systematically summarizes recent advancements in ultrasound,computed tomography(CT),magnetic resonance imaging(MRI),and nuclear medicine imaging.The integration of artificial intelligence(AI)and molecular imaging will drive the imaging diagnosis of ovarian malignant tumors towards precision and intelligence,offering novel strategies to improve patient prognosis.
