摘要
目的通过问卷调查,了解中医药院校本科生学习医学统计学课程的焦虑状况,探讨学生在学习过程中存在的问题,从而为提高教学质量、减轻学生课程焦虑提供科学依据。方法以辽宁中医药大学中西医结合临床专业中选修医学统计学课程的本科生为调查对象。结果共调查92名学生,统计学焦虑量表总分为(102.36±27.72)分,条目均分为(2.09±0.57)分,整体上处于中度焦虑水平,其中统计学价值判断维度条目均分最高,求助焦虑维度条目均分最低。选课原因为凑学分的学生出现中重度焦虑的人数占比是学知识学生的5.97倍。结论中医药院校本科生在医学统计学课程学习过程中存在中度焦虑,且焦虑程度受选课原因、性别等因素影响。为缓解学生焦虑情绪,教师应改进教学方法,加强与学生的沟通,增强学生的学习兴趣和自信心。
Objective To investigate the anxiety status of undergraduates studying medical statistics in colleges of traditional Chinese medicine through a questionnaire survey,explore the problems that students facing in the learning process,and provide scientific basis for improving teaching quality and reducing students′course anxiety.Methods A survey was conducted on undergraduates majored in integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine clinical practice at Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine who took elective courses in medical statistics.Results A total of 92 students were surveyed,and the total score of the Statistical Anxiety Rating Scale was(102.36±27.72)score,with an average score of(2.09±0.57)score for each item.Overall,they were at a moderate level of anxiety,with the highest average score for the statistical value judgment dimension and the lowest average score for the help seeking anxiety dimension.The proportion of students experiencing moderate to severe anxiety due to credit scoring is 5.97 times higher than students studying knowledge.Conclusion Undergraduates in colleges of traditional Chinese medicine have moderate anxiety during the learning process of medical statistics courses,and the degree of anxiety is influenced by factors such as course selection reasons and gender.In order to alleviate students′anxiety,teachers should improve pedagogys,strengthen control and intelligence system with students,and enhance students′learning interest and self-confidence.
