融媒技术下翻转课堂在临床医学专业外科学课程教学中的实践与效果探究

Exploring the Practice and Effectiveness of Flipped Classroom Teaching in Clinical Medicine Surgery Courses with the Media Melting Technology

摘要 目的探究在临床医学专业外科学课程教学中实施融媒技术下翻转课堂的效果。方法选取厦门医学院临床医学专业2021级1个班61名学生作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组。比较两组干预后的自主学习能力、自我效能感及期末外科学课程理论考试成绩、教学满意度。结果干预后,观察组自主学习能力、GSES评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。课程结束后,观察组期末外科学课程理论考试成绩、教学满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在临床医学专业外科学课程教学中采用融媒技术下翻转课堂教学模式能有效提升学生的自主学习能力、自我效能感、考试成绩及教学满意度。 Objective To explore the effectiveness of flipped classroom teaching implemented with media melting technology in clinical medicine surgery course.Methods A total of 61 Grade 2021 students majoring in clinical medicine at Xiamen Medical College were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The self-directed learning ability,self-efficacy,and final theoretical examination scores of the surgical course,as well as teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups after intervention.Results After intervention,the self-directed learning ability and GSES scores of the observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05).After the course,the final theoretical examination scores of the surgical course and teaching satisfaction of the observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of flipped classroom teaching mode with media melting technology in the clinical medicine surgery course can effectively improve students′self-directed learning ability,self-efficacy,examination scores,and teaching satisfaction.
