摘要
目的:比较不同角度下离体牙拍摄数字化根尖片(DPR)所得测长与手工实际测长,分析DPR的牙体长度失真率,探讨角度变量对DPR的影响因素,为临床诊疗提供参考。方法:选取2023年12月—2024年4月在天津市口腔医院外科就诊患者完整拔除的30颗上颌中切牙(单根管)作为研究对象,将离体牙用游标卡尺手工测量定为实际长度,再对离体牙进行DPR拍摄,分别将管球从近中、远中和足测方向进行0~30°偏移角度投照后通过软件测量长度,对比实际测长与角度变量拍摄后测长,并计算失真率,用Prism 8.2.1和SPSS 20.0软件进行统计分析,评价多角度变量拍摄DPR的准确性。结果:多角度拍摄DPR所得图像的测长与离体牙实际手工测长比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。角度越大,牙体长度越短,图像失真率越高。平行投照DPR测量牙体长度优于其他组,失真率最小。结论:在拍摄DPR时,准确把握拍摄角度可在一定程度上减少牙体长度失真率,提高根尖片质量,减少漏诊率。
Objective:Digital periapical radiographys(DPR)was taken from isolated teeth from different angles,and the length of the obtained images was compared with that measured by hand,to analyze the tooth length distortion rate of DPR,explore the impact of perspective on the DPR and provide references for clinical practice.Methods:A total of 30 cases of maxillary central incisor(single canal)completely extracted by Tianjin Stomatological Hospital from December 2023 to April 2024 were selected as study objects.The isolated teeth were manually measured with Vernier calipers to determine the actual length,then,DPR photography was performed on the isolated teeth,and the tube ball was photographed from 0°-30°angles from the distance,near and foot directions,and then the length was measured with software,the distortion rate was calculated by comparing the actual measured length with the angle variable.Prism 8.2.1 and SPSS 20.0 Software were used for statistical analysis to evaluate the accuracy of DPR shooting from multiple angles.Results:Compared with manual actual length measurement,the length of images obtained by taking DPR from different angles was all statistically different(P<0.05).It was found that the larger the angle,the shorter the tooth length,and the higher the image distortion rate.The length of isolated teeth measured by parallel projection DPR was better than that of other groups,and the distortion rate was the smallest.Conclusion:When shooting DPR,it is necessary to accurately grasp the shooting angle,which can reduce the distortion rate of tooth length to a certain extent,improve the quality of apical films,and reduce missed diagnosis.
