摘要
在乡村振兴背景下,文章系统研究数字普惠金融促进农村三产融合的作用机制与实现路径。研究首先构建融合水平测度体系,揭示当前我国农村三产融合存在区域发展不平衡、产业链条短、科技赋能不足及小农户融入难等突出问题。进而从降低交易成本、拓宽融资渠道、促进产业协同、提升资源配置效率及驱动技术创新五个维度,阐释数字普惠金融对产业融合的核心支持机制。针对新型农业经营主体、农村小微企业及传统农户的差异化金融需求,提出应通过加强数字基础设施建设、优化金融生态环境、推动产品与服务创新、强化政策协同等举措,提升数字普惠金融服务的适配性与有效性,为深化农村产业融合、助推乡村振兴提供理论参考与实践方向。
In the context of the rural revitalization strategy,this article systematically studies the mechanismand implementation path of digital inclusive finance in promoting the integration of rural tertiary industries.The study first constructs a measurement systemfor the level of integration,revealing the prominent problems of regional development imbalance,short industrial chain,insufficient technological empowerment,and difficulty in integrating small farmers in the current rural tertiary industry integration in China.Furthermore,the core support mechanismof digital inclusive finance for industrial integration is explained fromfive dimensions:reducing transaction costs,expanding financing channels,promoting industrial synergy,improving resource allocation efficiency,and driving technological innovation.In response to the differentiated financial needs of new agricultural operators,rural small and micro enterprises,and traditional farmers,it is proposed to enhance the adaptability and effectiveness of digital inclusive financial services through measures such as strengthening digital infrastructure construction,optimizing the financial ecological environment,promoting product and service innovation,and strengthening policy coordination.This will provide theoretical references and practical directions for deepening rural industrial integration and promoting rural revitalization.
