摘要
目的分析二甲双胍联合利福平治疗肺结核合并糖尿病的效果。方法选取2024月1月—2025年2月泉州市第一医院的肺结核合并糖尿病患者112例,按治疗差异分两组,各56例。对照组使用利福平与达格列净片,研究组加用二甲双胍片。对比两组血糖指标、血脂代谢、肺功能。结果研究组治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、脂蛋白a、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、第1秒用力呼气容积、第1秒用力呼气容积与用力肺活量比值及峰值呼气流速水平优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论对于肺结核合并糖尿病患者,二甲双胍联合利福平的临床价值较高,可降低血糖水平,改善血脂代谢,增强肺功能。
Objective To analyze the effect of metformin combination and rifampicin injection in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis combined with diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 112 patients with tuberculosis and diabetes mellitus in Quanzhou First Hospital from January 2024 to February 2025 were selected and divided into control group(n=56)and study group(n=56)according to different treatment methods.The control group used rifampicin and dapagliflozin,and the study group combined with metformin tablets.Compared blood glucose indexes,lipid metabolism,and lung function indexes between the two groups.Results After treatment,the fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose and glycated hemoglobin A1c,lipoprotein a,total cholesterol,high density lipoprotein cholesterol,forced expiratory volume in 1 second,ratio of forced expiratory volume in 1 second to forced vital capacity,and peak expiratory flow rate in the study group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Metformin Combined with rifampicin in treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with diabetes mellitus has high clinical value,which can reduce blood glucose level,improve blood lipid metabolism and enhance lung function.
