摘要
目的分析血脂结合糖化血红蛋白(glycated hemoglobin A1c,HbA1c)检查在糖尿病患者诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2024年2月—2025年3月福建省平潭综合实验区中医院的260例疑似糖尿病患者,均实施血脂及HbA1c检查,以口服葡萄糖耐量试验作为金标准,分析HbA1c、总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDL-C)单一及联合诊断糖尿病的效能。结果口服葡萄糖耐量试验检出阳性160例,阴性100例。与单独指标检测相比,联合检测的灵敏度、特异度、准确度更高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论血脂结合HbA1c检查能够较准确检出糖尿病,联合诊断对糖尿病患者具有非常重要的价值。
Objective To analyze the application value of lipid combined with glycated hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c)examination in the diagnosis of diabetic patients.Methods A total of 260 suspected diabetic patients in the Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Zone Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2024 to March 2025 were selected.All of them underwent lipid and HbA1c tests,and the oral glucose tolerance test was used as the gold standard.Analyzed the diagnostic efficacy of HbA1c,total cholesterol(TC),and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)single and combined diagnosis of diabetes mellitus.Results The oral glucose tolerance texted positive 160 cases and nagative 100 cases.Compared with individual indicators text,the combined detection had higher sensitivity,specificity and accuracy,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The combined examination of blood lipid and HbA1c can accurately detect diabetes mellitus,the combined diagnosis has great value for diabetic patients.
