摘要
石油石化行业承担着保障国家能源安全的重要职责,亟需关注其质量文化建设。分析了石油石化工程质量文化建设中存在的问题并探讨了解决路径,确立了“忠诚守护工程生命线”的使命和“打造行业领先工程咨询服务机构”的愿景,构建了完整的文化价值理念体系,并强调通过文化宣贯、典型引领等措施实现文化赋能,为石油石化行业工程质量文化建设提供理论参考和实践指导。
The petroleum and petrochemical industry shoulders the important responsibility of guaranteeing national energy security,is in urgent need of attention to the construction of its quality culture.This study analyzes the existing problems in the quality culture construction of petroleum and petrochemical engineering as well as the corresponding solutions,and proposes a cultural value system with the mission of loyally guarding the lifeline of projects and the vision of building an industry-leading engineering consulting service organization.The study emphasizes that cultural empowerment should be achieved through measures such as cultural promotion and typical demonstration,thus providing both theoretical and practical references for the quality culture construction of engineering projects in the petroleum and petrochemical industry.
