摘要
“双碳”目标下,蓝氢和绿氢是未来氢气的主要来源,但大规模氢气利用面临生产与应用地域不匹配的问题,同时,由于氢气具有易燃、易爆且在常温常压条件下体积能量密度低的特性,亟需发展高效、高安全性的氢储运技术。随着氢能产业持续发展,液氢成为突破氢能体系规模化、商业化运营瓶颈的重要方向之一。基于国内外液氢产业发展现状和技术路线对比,对液氢生产、储运和加注的经济性进行分析,结果表明,氢气液化成本、储运成本和加注成本分别为5.11~9.11元/kg、3.30~13.39元/kg和7.62~11.57元/kg,适用于中远距离氢气储运,在氢能交通领域具有一定市场竞争力。
Under the"dual carbon"goals,blue hydrogen and green hydrogen will be the main sources of hydrogen in the future,but large-scale application of hydrogen is confronted with the problem of mismatch in the spatial distribution of supply and demand.Meanwhile,hydrogen is flammable,explosive and has low volume energy density under normal temperature and pressure conditions.Thus,it is an urgent problem to develop efficient and safe hydrogen storage and transportation technology.With the development of hydrogen industry,liquid hydrogen is an important direction to break through the bottleneck of large-scale and commercial operation of the hydrogen energy system.Based on the comparison of the development status and technical routes of liquid hydrogen industry at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the economy of liquid hydrogen production,storage,transportation and refueling.The results show that the hydrogen liquefaction cost is 5.11~9.11 RMB/kg,storage and transportation cost is 3.30~13.39 RMB/kg,and refueling cost of liquid hydrogen is 7.62~11.57 RMB/kg,which is suitable for medium and long distance hydrogen storage and transportation and has certain market competitiveness in the field of hydrogen energy transportation.
