摘要
以某钢管混凝土组合墩塔为研究对象,建立了钢管混凝土组合桥墩整体有限元实体模型,对组合桥墩的横隔板、腹板构造参数进行了分析研究;建立了组合桥墩与承台的结合部有限元模型,对结合部的构造形式进行了对比分析研究;建立了钢管混凝土组合桥塔索塔锚固段有限元模型,对索塔锚固区的传力机理进行了分析。提出了设计建议:钢管混凝土组合桥墩混凝土腹板厚度建议值为40~60 cm,横隔板间距小于30 m;组合桥墩与承台结合部宜采用前后承压构造形式;索塔锚固区宜采用钢套箱加钢锚箱构造形式。成果可为同类型结构设计和研究提供参考。
Based on a steel pipe concrete composite pier tower,an overall finite element solid model of steel pipe concrete composite pier was constructed to analyze the construction parameters of the composite pier's diaphragm plate and the web plate.A finite element model of the combination part of composite pier and bearing platform was established to conduct the comparative analysis of the construction form of the combination.A finite element model of the anchorage section of the cable-stayed tower of the steel pipe concrete composite bridge tower was established to analyze the force-transfer mechanism in the anchorage zone of the tower.Design recommendations are proposed:the recommended thickness of concrete web plate of steel pipe concrete composite piers is 40-60 cm,and the spacing between diaphragms is less than 30 m;the combination part of the composite pier and bearing platform should adopt the front and rear bearing structure;the anchorage area of the cable-stayed tower should adopt the form of steel covering box and steel anchor box.The results can provide a reference for the design and research of similar structures.
