摘要
分析冷轧镀锌带钢的化学成分、夹杂物、热轧后卷取温度、冷轧压下率及连续退火工艺等因素对其力学性能的影响,发现冷轧压下率、连续退火温度及板带运行速度是影响镀锌带钢力学性能的主要因素。
The effects of factors such as chemical composition,inclusions,coiling temperature after hot-rolling,cold rolling reduction rate,and continuous annealing process on mechanical properties of cold-rolled galvanized steel strips were analyzed briefly,and it was found that the cold rolling reduction rate,temperature of continuous annealing process and moving velocity of strip are the main important factors.
