摘要
皮肤病种类繁多、临床表现多样,皮肤病学课程学时有限,是全科医学生教学中十分具有挑战性的一门课程。角色互换教学法通过全科医学生模拟皮肤科医生和患者的角色,促使其快速理解患者的需求以及疾病的诊治。反思教学则鼓励学生在临床学习和实践中进行深度反思,从而更好地理解和消化所学的临床知识与技能。本文针对全科医学生皮肤病学教学现状和局限性,探讨了“角色互换”结合“反思教学”在皮肤病学教学中的应用,深入分析其优势与效果,为当前全科医学生的皮肤病学教学的改革提供新的方向。
Objective Dermatology is a highly challenging course in general practice education due to its wide variety of diseases,diverse clinical manifestations,and limited class hours.The"role-reversal teaching method"enables general practice students to simulate the roles of dermatologists and patients,facilitating their rapid understanding of patients′needs and disease diagnosis and treatment."Reflective teaching"encourages students to engage in deep reflection during clinical learning and practice,thereby better understanding and internalizing the clinical knowledge and skills they have learned.This paper explores the application of the combination of"role-reversal"and"reflective teaching"in dermatology education for general practice students,delves into its advantages and effects,and provides a new direction for the current reform of dermatology education for general practice students.
