摘要
针对冶金工业中连铸机拉速同步检测、轧机传动轴相位监测等关键场景对高精度时间同步测量的迫切需求,本文基于时间周期计数与时间-电压转换方法,研制了一种用于时频域脉冲分析仪的触发控制硬件系统。本系统采用高速数字电路设计和200 MHz高时基频率,时间间隔测量能达到微秒级,有效提升冶金连续生产过程中多设备协同控制的精度与可靠性。
Aiming at the critical needs of high-precision time synchronization measurement in metallurgical processes such as withdrawal speed synchronization in continuous casting machines and phase monitoring of rolling mill drive shafts,the trigger control hardware system for time-frequency domain and pulse analyzers has been developed based on time period counting and time-voltage conversion methods.The microsecond-level time interval measurements have been achieved within the high-speed digital circuit design and high timebase frequency of 200 MHz,significant-ly improving the accuracy and reliability of multi-equipment coordination in continuous metallurgical production.
