摘要
采用动态回转热解技术,对不同类型的生物质(麦秆、花生壳和松木)的热解行为进行了评价。首先,通过元素分析和工业分析,获得了上述3种典型生物质原料物化性质的特征参数,并初步分析了这些参数对热解过程的影响。随后,研究了热解温度、保温时间、升温速率等工艺条件对3种典型生物质的焦油产率和生物质气产率的影响。最后,通过间歇小试回转热解试验得到高热值生物质气和生物质焦油的最佳条件,测得此条件下3种生物质的热值,并在中试热解实验台进行验证,为生物质资源高效综合利用提供一种途径,可为大型工业装置设计提供重要的基础数据。
This study employed dynamic rotating pyrolysis technology to evaluate the thermal behavior of different biomass types(wheat straw,peanut shell,and pine wood).Through elemental analysis and proximate analysis,the characteristic physicochemical parameters of the three typical biomass feedstocks were obtained.A preliminary investigation was also conducted to assess the influence of these parameters on pyrolysis processes.Subsequently,the effects of process conditions including pyrolysis temperature,holding time,and heating rate on the tar yield and syngas yield of three typical biomass feedstocks were investigated.Finally,optimal conditions for producing high-calorific-value syngas and biomass tar were determined through small-scale batch pyrolysis experiments using a rotary reactor.The calorific values of the three biomass types under these optimized conditions were measured and validated on a pilot-scale pyrolysis test rig.This study provided a pathway for the efficient comprehensive utilization of biomass resources and offers critical foundational data for the design of large-scale industrial systems.
