摘要
miR-488作为一种多效性调控分子,在肿瘤中展现出复杂而多样的生物学功能。miR-488在多种肿瘤(如胃癌、胰腺癌、卵巢癌、乳腺癌)中呈现差异性表达,并通过调控细胞增殖、迁移、侵袭、凋亡等过程影响肿瘤进展。其分子机制涉及与核因子κB、p53、磷脂酰肌醇-3-激酶/蛋白激酶B等信号通路的相互作用,并在不同肿瘤中表现出抑癌或促癌的双重作用。此外,miR-488在液体活检中显示出作为肿瘤诊断和预后生物标志物的潜力。未来研究应致力于验证miR-488作为泛癌诊断标志物的可靠性,并着力开发针对该分子的干预策略,为肿瘤精准治疗提供新途径。
miR-488,as a pleiotropic regulatory molecule,exhibits complex and diverse biological functions in tumors.miR-488 shows differential expression in various tumors(such as gastric cancer,pancreatic cancer,ovarian cancer and breast cancer),and affects tumor progression by regulating processes such as cell proliferation,migration,invasion,and apoptosis.Mechanistically,miR-488 interacts with signaling pathways including nuclear factor-κB,p53,and phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase/protein kinase B pathway,displaying context-dependent tumor-suppressive or oncogenic functions.Notably,miR-488 shows considerable promise as a diagnostic and prognostic biomarker in liquid biopsy applications.Future research should focus on verifying the reliability of miR-488 as a diagnostic marker for pan-cancer types and developing intervention strategies targeting this molecule,to provide new approaches for precise tumor treatment.
