Research on the Demand-Resource-Technology Synergy Matching Mechanism of Weight Management Services in Tight Urban Medical Groups

摘要 围绕紧密型城市医疗集团体重管理服务体系的建设目标,构建“需求-资源-技术”协同匹配的概念框架,系统解析集团内不同层级医疗机构对不同体重管理需求的服务响应逻辑,梳理并分析当前存在的问题和挑战。提出构建体重管理资源分层配置体系,提升基层服务可及性;建立集团内标准化体重管理协同机制,强化多学科联动;推进体重管理关键技术下沉应用,提升精准干预能力;搭建体重管理全流程信息平台,实现数据闭环与动态追踪;健全体重管理多元支付机制,缓解居民经济压力等,提高体重管理服务的可及性和精准性。 Focusing on the goal of building a weight management service system in a compact urban medical group,a conceptual framework of"demand-resource-technology"synergy matching was construct,the service response logic of different tiers of medical institutions in the group to different weight management demands was systematically analyzed,and the current problems and challenges were sorted out.Based on which,some countermeasures were put forward,mainly as constructing a hierarchical allocation system of weight management resources to enhance the accessibility of grassroots services,establishing a standardized weight management synergy mechanism within the group to strengthen multidisciplinary coordination,promoting the application of key weight management technologies to enhance the ability of precise intervention,building an information platform for the whole process of weight management to achieve closed-loop and dynamic tracking of data,and improving the multi-payment mechanism for weight management to alleviate the economic pressure on the residents to improve the accessibility and accuracy of weight management services.
