摘要
目的基于有关中药治疗烧烫伤的临床文献进行总结分析,为临床运用中药治疗烧烫伤提供相关依据。方法选用CNKI、WF、VIP、CBM、Embase、Medline、Web of Science共7个数据库检索其中的临床文献,运用“中药”及“烧烫伤”“烧伤”“烫伤”主题词进行有关中药治疗烧烫伤近10年临床文献的检索筛选,并利用SPSS Modeler 18.0、SPSS 26.0软件对临床文献进行总结和分析。结果在30篇文献中,我们发现中药治疗烧烫伤的文献均为中文文献,文献数量增长趋于平稳;适应证主要为Ⅱ度烧烫伤(包含浅深Ⅱ度);运用单味药治疗的临床文献较少,多运用复方治疗或联合疗法等治疗;药物选择以清热药为主,主要功效为清热燥湿,最常见药物为黄柏、黄连、紫草、大黄、虎杖、冰片等10味药;关联规则分析方药组成中最核心的药对是黄柏和虎杖;从疗效上来讲均取得不错的效果。结论中药治疗烧烫伤近年来取得了长足的进步,其文献愈发丰富,适宜范围愈发广泛,辨证施治理论不断深化,手段多元化,剂型多样化,出现了中药联合新手段、其他药物的研究,这种模式为烧烫伤治疗的临床效应和机制提供了新思路。同时也存在研究不够深入,缺乏高质量文献,缺少外文报告,评价指标单一不足等问题。
Objective To provide clinical references for the application of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the treatment of burns and scalds through a review of relevant clinical literature.Methods Clinical studies published over the past 10 years were retrieved from seven databases:CNKI,Wanfang(WF),VIP,CBM,Embase,Medline,and Web of Science.The keywords"traditional Chinese medicine""burns"and"scalds"were used for screening.A total of 30 eligible clinical studies were selected and analyzed using SPSS Modeler 18.0 and SPSS 26.0.Results All 30 included studies were published in Chinese.The number of publications has remained stable in recent years.The main indication was second-degree burns and scalds(both superficial and deep partial-thickness).Few studies used single-herb therapy;most adopted compound prescriptions or combination therapies.Heat-clearing herbs were the most frequently used,with primary effects of clearing heat and drying dampness.The most commonly applied herbs included Cortex Phellodendri,Rhizoma Coptidis,Radix Arnebiae,Radix et Rhizoma Rhei,Rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati,Borneol and 1O other herbs.Association rule analysis identified the core herb pair as Cortex Phellodendri and Rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati.The reviewed studies generally reported favorable therapeutic outcomes.Conclusion In recent years,the clinical application of TCM in the treatment of burns and scalds has made notable progress.Literature on the subject has become increasingly diverse,with expanded indications,more refined syndrome differentiation,and greater diversity in treatment approaches and dosage forms.Emerging research on the combination of TCM with novel treatment modalities offers new perspectives for both clinical efficacy and mechanistic exploration.However,limitations remain,including insufficient research depth,lack of high-quality studies,absence of English-language publications,and simplistic evaluation metrics.
