摘要
针对大型桥梁高墩索塔施工中的安全风险控制、复杂结构精度要求及效率优化需求,以京港澳高速汉江特大桥为工程背景,系统研究高墩索塔智能建造关键技术。通过集成数控吊罐与智能布料一体化系统、智能远程控制筑塔机、智能远程控制型塔吊等智能施工装备,并基于BIM平台实现施工全过程数字化协同管理,形成集机械化、信息化、智能化于一体的高效建造体系。研究结果表明,该技术体系可显著提升高墩索塔施工的安全性和精准度,优化施工工艺流程,有效解决传统施工中的诸多技术难题,为同类大型桥梁工程的高标准建设提供创新性的技术方案和实践参考,有力推动我国桥梁工程智能建造技术的发展。
Aiming at the requirements of safety risk control,precision requirements for complex structures,and efficiency optimization in the construction of high-pier cable towers of large bridges,this study takes the Hanjiang River Bridge on the Beijing-Hongkong&Macao Expressway as the engineering background and systematically studies the key technologies of intelligent construction of high-pier cable towers.By integrating intelligent construction equipment such as the integrated system of numerically controlled hoisting bins and intelligent concrete placing,the intelligent remotely controlled tower builder,and the intelligent remotely controlled tower crane,and realizing digital collaborative management of the whole construction process based on the BIM platform,an efficient construction system integrating mechanization,informatization,and intelligence has been formed.The research results show that this technical system can significantly improve the safety and accuracy of the construction of high-pier cable towers,optimize the construction process flow,effectively solve many technical problems in traditional construction,provide innovative technical solutions and practical references for the high-standard construction of similar large bridge projects,and strongly promote the development of intelligent construction technologies for bridge engineering in China.
