摘要
本文报告对Tl系超导样品的T_c长期存放后的考察结果。结果表明,在一定工艺条件下,以TlBaCa_3Cu_3O_Y标称组分获得的多相超导体,T_c高,稳定性好,以Sn适量掺杂,或以Sn、或Al部分替代Tl也获得T_c高、稳定性好、毒性小的超导体。文中对超导电性不稳定的机理作了讨论、
The tested results of stability of Tc in T1 system superconductor after a long time of storage are reported in this paper.The multi-phase superconductors with high Tc and stability can be abtained with the sample of nominal composition of T1BaCa3Cu3OY under some suitable preparating conditions .Superconductors with high Tc stability and less poiron have been obtained also by Sn doped properly and Sn or Al Substituted for Tl partially .The mechanism of instability of superconductivity is also discussed in the paper.
