非创伤性充填技术配合氟保护漆治疗小儿龋齿的效果

摘要 目的分析非创伤性充填技术配合氟保护漆治疗小儿龋齿的效果。方法选取2021年1月1日至2023年12月31日盐城市第三人民医院口腔科接诊的84例龋齿患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与试验组,每组42例。对照组实施常规3M氟保护漆涂布治疗,试验组采用非创伤性充填技术治疗后涂布3M氟保护漆,比较两组治疗总有效率、意外穿髓率、不良事件总发生率、咬合力、牙龈指数、探诊深度。结果试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,意外穿髓率、不良事件总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前的咬合力、牙龈指数、探诊深度比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组咬合力均升高,牙龈指数、探诊深度均降低,且试验组咬合力高于对照组,牙龈指数、探诊深度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论非创伤性充填技术配合氟保护漆治疗小儿龋齿的效果较好,能够降低意外穿髓率,减少不良事件,提高咬合力,保障口腔健康,值得推广。 Objective To analyze the effect of non-invasive filling technology combined with fluoride protective paint in the treatment of dental caries in children.Methods A total of 84 children with dental caries in the Department of Stomatology,Yancheng Third People’s Hospital from January 1,2021 to December 31,2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional 3M fluorine protective paint coating,while the experimental group was treated with non-invasive filling technology and then coated with 3M fluorine protective paint.The total effective rate of treatment,the rate of accidental marrow puncture,the total incidence of adverse events,the bite force,gingival index and probing depth were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,while the rate of accidental marrow puncture and the total incidence of adverse events in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the bite force,gingival index and probing depth before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the bite force of both groups increased,while the gingival index and probing depth decreased(P<0.05).Moreover,the bite force of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,while the gingival index and probing depth were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Non-invasive filling technology combined with fluoride protective paint has a better effect in treating dental caries in children,which can reduce the rate of accidental marrow puncture,decrease adverse events,enhance bite force,ensure oral health,and is worthy of promotion.
