产业工人队伍建设改革助推企业高质量发展的实践与探索

摘要 本文对开展产业工人队伍建设改革进行分析,从实施“人才强企”战略,引领产业工人学练技能岗位成才;建立技术培训创新机制,强化产业工人技能提升;鼓励创新创效推进成果转化,激发产业工人自主创新能力;建立建功立业激励机制,激励产业工人成长成才等四个方面进行阐述,探索新时期“产改”的新路径,培养造就知识型、技能型、创新型产业工人队伍,为保障国家能源安全、推进石油石化产业高质量发展、推动中国式现代化建设提供坚实的人才保障和科技支撑。 This article analyzes the reform of the construction of industrial workers’teams,starting from these four areas,that is,implementing the“talent-driven enterprise”strategy and guiding industrial workers to learn and practice skills to achieve success in their positions,establishing an innovative mechanism for technical training and strengthening the skill improvement of industrial workers,encouraging innovation and efficiency improvement,promoting the transformation of achievements,and stimulating the independent innovation ability of industrial workers.This paper explores new paths for“industrial reform”in the new era,aiming to cultivate a knowledge-based,skilled and innovative industrial workforce,and provide solid talent support and technological backing for ensuring national energy security,promoting high-quality development of the petroleum and petrochemical industry,and advancing the modernization drive with Chinese characteristics.
