摘要
目的:探究生、酒五味子对慢性失眠诱导的抑郁样行为及胃组织炎症的改善作用。方法:采用实验室建立睡眠剥夺结合光照诱导抑郁模型,然后给予生、酒五味子提取液进行干预,检测神经行为学(悬尾实验、强迫游泳实验),并进行胃组织切片实验及胃组织中炎症指标的检测。评价生、酒五味子对小鼠抑郁样行为及胃组织炎症的影响。结果:生、酒五味子能够改善小鼠的抑郁样行为,修复胃组织细胞形态,且改善胃组织炎症。结论:生、酒五味子通过抑制胃组织炎症反应改善慢性失眠诱导的抑郁样行为。
Objective:To explore the improvement effects of raw and wine-processed Schisandra Chinensis Fructus on depression-like behaviors induced by chronic insomnia and gastric tissue inflammation.Methods:A depression model was induced by sleep deprivation combined with light exposure established in the laboratory.Then,the mice were intervened with extracts of raw and wine-processed Schisandra Chinensis Fructus.Neurobehavioral tests(tail suspension test,forced swimming test)were conducted,and gastric tissue section experiments and detection of inflammatory indicators in gastric tissues were carried out.The effects of raw and wine-processed Schisandra Chinensis Fructus on depression-like behaviors and gastric tissue inflammation in mice were evaluated.Results:Both raw and wineprocessed Schisandra Chinensis Fructus could improve depression-like behaviors in mice,repair the morphological structure of gastric tissue cells,and alleviate gastric tissue inflammation.Conclusion:Raw and wine-processed Schisandra Chinensis Fructus can improve depression-like behaviors induced by chronic insomnia by inhibiting the inflammatory response in gastric tissues.
